Step 1. Choose Your Program

First you need to choose which educational learning trip you want to participate in. Call us at (905) 272-TOUR (8687) to get all the information and a price quote for your program. This is an important step because it helps you to determine what your fundraising goal should be.

Step 2. Determine Your Goal

Whether it is $400.00 or $4,000.00, you need to determine how much money you'd like to raise based upon your quoted program fee. Your goal should not exceed the cost of your program.

Step 3. Make Your Video

This is the fun part. Using your webcam or a digital camera, create a video response to the above video, you need to film yourself explaining the following:
A) The details of your international program
B) Why it is such a fabulous idea
C) Tell people your goal and the deadline for donation
D) Ask them to buy you a gift certificate from International Career Studies that you can use towards your trip.

Videos should be approximately a couple of minutes long. Feel free to be as creative with your video as you'd like!

Step 4. Upload It

Go to www.youtube.com and upload your video. If you don't already have a YouTube account, you can create one for free. Remember to add a link that people can follow in order to purchase the gift certificates for you in your video description.

Step 5. Tell Us About It

Step 6. Share It

Using e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, pigeon carriers or smoke signals, share your video message with your friends and family, aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbours, teachers and coaches. Let them know that this is what you are working towards and remember to thank them for their support.
